Ingredients

  • 1 package NOH Filipino Adobo Mix (11/8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 lb. pork or chicken; cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

Cooking Tools

  • Small mixing bowl
  • Medium pot or slow cooker

Directions

  1. Combine NOH Filipino Adobo Mix with 1/2 cup water, mix well and set aside.
  2. Place meat in a medium size pot and cover with water.
  3. Boil for 30 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain off water and add Adobo Sauce Mix to the meat: Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
